Vitamins B Complex

Excessive psycho-physical stress, intense sports or study activity, seasonal changes, states of convalescence, an unbalanced diet or prolonged antibiotic therapies can cause deficiencies or induce increased needs for B vitamins. Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B Complex is useful for providing an additional quota of B vitamins.

Each 350 mg film-coated tablet contains B vitamins.

How to use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably away from meals.

Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; Niacin (Nicotinamide); coating agents, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol; Pantothenic Acid (Calcium D-Pantothenate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin); Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride): Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin); Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride): Folic Acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid); Biotin (D-Biotin); colouring: iron oxides and hydroxides.

The product contains heat-sensitive vitamins: it is recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to store it away from light and at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
