Instructions for use

2 capsules before breakfast, 2 capsules before lunch, 2 capsules before dinner, with 1-2 glasses of water are recommended.

Glucomannan plv. (A. konjac); capsule: dietary gelatin; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; Coleus d.e. titrated (Coleus forskholii (Willd.) Bricq., root); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a replacement for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. The product should be used as part of a suitable low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good amount of physical activity. It is advisable to consult a doctor in case of a long-term diet that lasts more than three weeks. There is a possible danger of suffocation for people with difficulty in swallowing or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake. In order for the product to reach the stomach, it must be taken with plenty of water. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of Glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
