How to use

It is recommended to take 2 capsules before breakfast, 2 capsules before lunch, 2 capsules before dinner, with 1-2 glasses of water.

In order for it to reach the stomach, the product must be taken with plenty of water. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of Glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
