The Foundation was established in memory of Matteo Sacchi, whose sensitivity, generosity, attentiveness and dedication have always been a source of inspiration, eventually becoming a driving force behind the Founder’s philanthropic efforts, which continue to shape the company’s philosophy.

Respecting others, believing in a better tomorrow, welcoming, educating, supporting, and giving hope to those in need—especially children, the elderly, and the sick who face poverty, hardship, loneliness, and vulnerability—were all dreams close to Matteo’s heart. These values have been carried forward and upheld by the family's business activities.

Now, with the creation of the Foundation, the principles of compassion, tangible action, support, and care for others have found their home in Casa MATT a place open to all, wherever suffering exists, to help alleviate it—just as Matteo would have wanted.

The Foundation pursues philanthropic and charitable initiatives, both direct and indirect, in Italy and abroad, with a focus on supporting those in need, particularly—though not exclusively—children, the elderly, and the sick.

In particular, the Foundation aims to support and promote social solidarity projects in all areas where they are needed, addressing individual vulnerabilities linked to family, culture, mental health, healthcare, social conditions, local communities, education, economy, employment, and the environment.
