ORDER METHODS

If you are already a registered user, remember to log in before proceeding with an order.
If this is your first time shopping on our site, a new account will be automatically created after your first order.
You will receive a confirmation email with an automatically generated password for future access. You will be able to change your password directly from your personal area.
The minimum possible order is 15 euros, shipping costs 6 euros.
Orders equal to or greater than 45 euros benefit from free shipping.

ORDER ONLINE

You can place an order on our website quickly and easily:

  1. Add the products you are interested in to your cart
  2. Fill in all fields with your billing information
  3. Do you ship to a different address? Select “yes” and fill in the shipping fields
  4. Select the payment method and accept the Terms and conditions of the site
  5. Review your order and complete payment

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum amount to spend to place an order is€ 15.00.
There are no quantity limits, however, in the case of orders for large quantities, it is advisable to check with assistance regarding the availability and expiry of the products.

REPEAT AN ORDER

Once you have logged in to the site you can enter your personal area and repeat a previously placed order.

CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER

Once payment for an order has been completed, it will not be possible to make changes or cancel the order.
If you no longer want your order you have the option to exercise your right towithdrawalwithin 14 days of receiving the goods.
Alternatively, we recommend that you refuse the order upon delivery and contact us.

In case of receiving damaged packages we recommend that you refuse the delivery and report it to the courier. If it is not possible to refuse the delivery, please send us photos as evidence of the damaged package to info@matt.it
