How to use

It is recommended to take 1 to a maximum of 3 tablets up to 3 times during the day, with a glass of water. It is recommended to start taking the minimum dose and, if necessary, to increase it.

Valerian es titrated (Valeriana officinalis L., root); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose, calcium carbonate, talc, spirulina extract, medium chain triglycerides; flavourings; colouring: Riboflavin.
