How to use

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 gels per day according to the benefit sought, before the main meal, with a
glass of water. The beneficial effect on cardiac function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (1 capsule). The beneficial effect on brain and visual function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (3 capsules).
