Known since the Middle Ages to facilitate the reabsorption of bruises and contusions, Arnica Montana, with its high flavonoid content, is a precious ally in combating muscle fatigue. It is ideal for massages before and after sports activities.

How to apply

Apply, even several times a day, to the affected areas and massage gently until completely absorbed.
