Instructions for use

Recommended dose 1 to 3 tablets up to 3 times in one day, with a glass of water. Start by taking the minimum dose and, if needed, gradually increase to maximum dosage.

Valeriana dry extract titrated (Valeriana officinalis L., root); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose, calcium carbonate, talc, spirulina extract, medium-chain triglycerides; aromas; colouring agent: Riboflavin.
GLUTEN-FREE.
