Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep and its retard formulation allows its gradual release during the hours following intake. Valeriana, in its fast formulation, is released quickly promoting rapid relaxation that helps to have a restful sleep.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, before going to bed.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel, dicalcium phosphate; Valerian es titrated (Valeriana officinalis L., roots); anti-caking agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Melatonin; colouring: iron oxides and hydroxides.

Store in a cool, dry place. The minimum shelf life refers to the product properly stored, in its intact packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. With particular reference to the ingredient melatonin, it is specified that: to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime, while to alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
