The intestinal bacterial flora is made up of billions of bacteria that carry out an important metabolic function for the body. Stress, a poor diet or antibiotic treatments have highly destructive effects on bacterial flora with a decrease in "friendly" bacteria, such as lactic acid ferments. Lactic Ferments promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora, Vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Each sachet contains 8 billion Live Lactic Ferments and Group B Vitamins.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 bag a day before breakfast on an empty stomach. Dissolve the contents of a sachet in half a glass of water (roughly 150 ml) at room temperature; for optimal solubility, it is recommended to mix while pouring the contents of the sachet into water.

The product contains live lactic ferments, sensitive to heat: it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or temperature changes, to store it away from light and at a temperature that does not exceed 25°C. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
