Hydra Power Matt is a powdered food supplement based on Magnesium, Potassium, B Vitamins, Vitamin C and Mineral Salts, designed for the preparation of a hypotonic electrolyte solution useful for hydro-saline reintegration after heavy sweating due to intense physical activity. Riboflavin, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and, together with Thiamine, to normal energy metabolism.

How to use
It is recommended to take 20 g (equal to two level tablespoons) in a bottle with 500 ml of water, up to three times a day. It is preferable to take 50 to 100 ml at regular intervals of about 15-20 minutes.
