The intestinal bacterial flora is made up of billions of bacteria that perform an important metabolic function for the body. Stress, poor diet, or antibiotic treatments have highly destructive effects on the bacterial flora with a decrease in "friendly" bacteria, such as lactic ferments. How to use

It is recommended to take one sachet per day before breakfast on an empty stomach. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in half a glass of water (about 150 ml) at room temperature; for optimal solubility, it is recommended to stir while pouring the contents of the sachet into the water.

The product contains live lactic ferments, sensitive to heat: it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to store it away from light and at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
