As we age, unbalanced diets and the body's reduced ability to absorb certain nutrients can cause a deficiency or increased need for Vitamin B12. Concentrated Vitamin B12 contains a high concentration of Vitamin B12, Niacin and Zinc to address these particular situations. Vitamin B12 and Niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc completes the formulation and contributes to normal cognitive function.
