An unbalanced diet, lacking in foods rich in Magnesium, can cause a deficiency of this precious mineral. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological and muscular function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. The product is enriched with Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B1 which, together with Magnesium, contribute to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium with B vitamins is useful for providing an additional quota of these nutrients.
