How to use

It is recommended to take 2 tablets before breakfast, 2 tablets before lunch, 2 tablets before dinner, with 1-2 glasses of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods of more than three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. Possible danger of suffocation for people with difficulty swallowing or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake. In order for it to reach the stomach, the product must be taken with plenty of water. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of Glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
Store in a cool, dry place. The minimum shelf life refers to the product properly stored, in an intact package.
