Spelt is the oldest cereal consumed by man; its good, naturally sweet flavor, makes it ideal for the whole family. Naturally lactose free, it is an excellent alternative in cases of milk intolerance. Its recipe also has a low content of fats and salt.

Instructions for use
It is ideal by itself as a fresh and thirst-quenching beverage in any moment of the day; together with tea or coffee it enriches breakfast or break time. Its delicate flavor makes it an excellent ally in the preparation of sauces, desserts, and delicious recipes.

Remove the plastic seal under the cap, close the packaging and shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 – 4 days. There may be small lumps, a sign of the naturalness of the product, which do not in any way effect its taste or security. Keep in a cool, dry place away from light sources
