Retinol is one of the star ingredients in cosmetics thanks to its skin regenerating power. It is a specific acid of Vitamin A present in various foods of animal and vegetable origin.
In cosmetics it is often used for the purpose of:
- Increase the formation of collagen and elastin
- Improve skin hydration and tone
- Give brightness to the complexion thanks to its antioxidant power
However, this ingredient has limitations for those with sensitive skin because it can dry and redden it and can create allergic reactions and irritation.
An excellent alternative to the use of classic Retinol is Vegetable Retinol , a natural extract with Retinol-like activity with the same benefits of Retinol but without its contraindications.
For this reason we have created a new cosmetic line based on Vegetable Retinol. In our formulas we use the innovative Revinage® which derives from the vegetable extract of Bidens Pilosa, obtained from the plant of the same name and mixed with vegetable oils.
We have created three products with this innovative ingredient. A Creamy Serum and an Anti-Aging Cream that, when used together, can reduce wrinkles by redefining the contours of the face and improve the elasticity and tone of the skin; both are enriched with Vitamin E which helps improve the brightness of the complexion. Finally, we have created an Eye Contour with Vegetable Retinol with a formulation that also includes Avocado extract and Vitamin E which together act to reduce wrinkles, dark circles, bags, as well as even out and illuminate the complexion around the eyes.
