Methionine and Biotin retard Hair is a food supplement of Methionine, Vitamins and Minerals with prolonged release (retard action). Methionine is part of the structure of keratin, a fundamental substance of hair and nails. Biotin, together with Zinc, contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation. Vitamins enrich the formulation.

Each tablet contains 300 mg of Methionine and 100 mcg of Biotin

How to use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning with a glass of water.

L-Methionine; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Zinc Gluconate; stabilizers: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, talc, calcium carbonate; Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); Pantothenic Acid (D-Pantothenate, Calcium); Copper Sulphate; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride); Folic Acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid); Biotin (D-Biotin); colorant: copper complexes of chlorophyllins.
