Le Sottili mais nero are cakes made using the very best parts of corn, enriched by the presence of the precious black corn, ingredient known since the time of the Aztecs for its nutritional properties, for an absolute taste and crunchy explosion. The quality and the taste of the Matt cakes, now available in a thin size. Source of fibre and yeast-free it is an excellent alternative for anyone intolerant to either natural yeast or baking powder. Perfect for breakfast, snacks and as a bread substitute at mealtimes, they are a delicious and alternative snack at any time of day.
